Our AI-based assistant, FlyIT Copilot, available in Microsoft Teams, proactively offers to set up a monthly invoicing process when you ask about accounting deadlines. If the user requests this service, Copilot opens an approval task for the set approver.
If the approver accepts the task, Copilot will start collecting the saved invoices for the previous month. It then creates a compressed folder and prefixes the invoices with prefixes indicating the type of document (expense, revenue, bank). Finally, Copilot sends the document and the associated letter to the configured accounting partner. This process is automated, making the monthly invoicing process much easier.
