These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) contain the terms applicable to the use of the http://flyit.hu and http://simplifyit.hu websites operated by FlyIT Kft. (2316 Tököl, Dózsa György utca 19, company reg. xxxxx). By browsing, registering on or placing an order through the website, the User automatically accepts the terms below. FlyIT Kft. reserves the right to amend this agreement unilaterally.
Scope of the Legal Notice
This Legal Notice applies to all subpages and subdomains of the https://flyit.hu and https://simplifyit.hu domain names, in accented and non-accented forms, as well as to subpages of those subdomains and to materials and information available on or downloadable from those pages.
This Legal Notice is valid from 14 April 2022 until withdrawn.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
Registration (subscription, subscription terms, unsubscribe)
By registering, downloading free digital products available with or without registration, or making a purchase, the User automatically accepts these GTC if they wish to use the website services. Acceptance of the GTC creates a contract under these GTC between the Service Provider and the website visitor/user.
During registration/subscription, the User provides the following information: e-mail address, first and last name, phone number, website and city. The operator is a data controller registered with NAIH.
The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate data provided during registration. The Service Provider processes registration data for user identification, invoice issuance and newsletter delivery. The User may request correction of the data by e-mail, by phone or through a data modification form.
The Subscriber declares that the provided e-mail address is for company/business use, or is a personal e-mail address provided specifically to receive letters, messages and information from the Service Provider.
The website operator reserves the right to refuse any subscription or delete any Subscriber from its database without prior notice or justification. The Subscriber may not submit any complaint or legal remedy against this.
The Subscriber expressly consents to receiving advertising messages and mailings at the provided contact details.
Subscription through any registration form or product order also automatically subscribes the user to the central website newsletter. Of course, every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, which allows the subscriber to stop further delivery automatically.
No unsubscribe link is included in product order messages or system messages directly confirming subscription, as these are one-time messages.
Formation of the sales contract (purchase, order)
If the User sends an order through any form on the website and the Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail, a sales contract is formed between the purchaser (User) and the Service Provider.
The User accepts that an order initiated on the website qualifies as an electronically concluded contract, governed by Sections 5 and 6 of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. The contract falls under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on contracts concluded between absent parties. This contract is governed by these GTC.
The Operator reserves the right to reject certain orders without justification, for example due to conflict of competitive interest. The Customer may not submit any complaint or legal remedy against this.
By pressing the “Order”, “Finalize order” or “Send order” button on the order form page, the Customer expressly acknowledges all information and terms on the order form as binding.
Before finalizing the order, the User has the opportunity to check and correct their data. If the User submitted the order with incorrect data, they may notify the Service Provider by e-mail or phone using the Service Provider's contact details.
Prices and payment terms
The prices published on the website are net prices and are subject to the value added tax required by the applicable laws.

By filling in any order form on the website, the Customer assumes a payment obligation. The Customer acknowledges that they must pay the price of the ordered product or service no later than within 8 days of order confirmation. IMPORTANT: Quote request forms and inquiries naturally do not create obligations.
A honlap bármely megrendelési űrlapjának kitöltésével a Megrendelőt fizetési kötelezettség terheli. A Megrendelő tudomásul veszi, hogy a megrendelés visszaigazolásától számított legkésőbb 8 napon belül köteles kiegyenlíteni a megrendelt termék, szolgáltatás árát. FONTOS: Árajánlatot kérő űrlapok és érdeklődések természetesen nem vonnak maguk után kötelezettségeket.
Purchase process (order and performance conditions)
The User submits their order through any form on the website. Within 48 hours, the Service Provider sends the confirmation to the Customer by e-mail, including the payment terms, which the Customer expressly acknowledges as binding. Within 72 hours after payment of the product or service price, the Service Provider sends the Customer by e-mail the access link to the ordered product, its password if required, or other product information. If the Customer fails to fulfill their payment obligation, the Service Provider refuses to perform the order.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. In this case, the Customer receives the full product price back within 14 days.
The Customer acknowledges that for digital content and products sent electronically, if the Service Provider has fulfilled its contractual obligations and the Customer clicks, opens, downloads or in any way starts using the digital product access link sent in the order confirmation e-mail, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation of training and event registration
Cancellation terms: up to 48 hours before the training/event, the Customer may cancel their registration electronically in writing (by e-mail). In this case, the Service Provider refunds the program fee within 15 days. If the Customer indicates cancellation within 48 hours, the participation fee paid for the cancelled training cannot be refunded, and any unpaid training fee will be invoiced to the Customer by the Service Provider, because the training or event is organized with regard to the registration that was not cancelled or was cancelled within 48 hours.
Technical requirements for using digital materials
The Customer may make a copy of the purchased products for their own purposes. However, distributing or selling copies is prohibited.
The following software may be required to view digital products:
• Internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
• PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Reader)
• Media player (e.g. Windows Media Player, VLC player)

References and testimonials
Providing references and testimonials to FlyIT Kft. regarding products, trainings and events is voluntary. The person providing the reference consents to the publication of their personal opinion, together with their full name, company name and website, on pages, newsletters, campaigns, products and printed marketing materials belonging to FlyIT Kft.'s sphere of interest. The Service Provider is entitled to use the reference without time limitation. If the reference testimonial is withdrawn, the Service Provider anonymizes the already used reference by removing personal data and displaying initials.
Copyright
We declare that FlyIT Kft. (hereinafter: Author) owns the information, materials, books and sent newsletters visible on the website (hereinafter: Works).
The full textual and graphic content of the Works, both as a whole and in parts, is protected by copyright (under Act LXXVI of 1999). All rights related to the Works are reserved by the Author. The website operator, as rights holder, does not consent to the business use of the published content, or to its unchanged or substantially similar copying, reproduction, distribution, public performance, adaptation or other use. Quotation from the Works is permitted only with precise indication of the author and source and with the Author's prior written permission. By acknowledging these terms, the User also submits to Hungarian copyright law and to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian court competent according to the registered office of the website operator.
Visiting the site and reading the Works
Everyone visits the website at their own risk.
Right to change and exclusion of liability
The Author reserves the right to change the information contained in the Works without prior notice.
The data and information contained in the Works may not be considered the Author's advice to use certain services or to follow any management or business conduct. Readers of the Works are advised in every case to verify in advance whether the ideas they consider following are actually the most appropriate for their own situation. The Author excludes all liability arising from the use of the Works, especially liability for risks and consequences arising from results achieved by the user or failure to achieve intended results.

The website and the Works contain links to other websites. The Operator is not responsible for the privacy and data processing practices of other websites or for the information found there.
The User is personally responsible for clicking any link. The Operator expressly excludes all liability for damage caused, or potentially caused, to the User by other websites accessible through links in the Works.
Warranty, support and promotions
The Operator reserves the right to provide discounts or other promotions and benefits for products and services it sells from time to time.
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and are not retroactive.
The Customer acknowledges that if a product purchased by them is later included in a promotion, they are not entitled to compensation, other benefits or discounts.
The Customer purchases the given product or service under the current conditions.
Except in certain cases, products are not covered by warranty. After the 14-day withdrawal period, products are not repurchased and paid amounts are not refunded.
If a product is covered by a warranty contrary to the above, the specific warranty terms are detailed on the website containing the order form.
The Operator reserves the right, in certain cases, to give clients products or services as gifts. Clients and customers may not file complaints, legal remedies or refund requests if they receive as a gift a product or service that they had previously purchased.
Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash.
