The application automatically identifies the user based on the corporate Microsoft 365 account. There is no need for anyone to remember login details for a new system. You can use the app with the same account you use for Outlook, Teams, etc...
Also, the administration and management of the application is not separate, but integrated within the corporate M365 environment.
✅Yes, you can open the laptop/monitor optimised interface of the application in any modern browser.
The app is available on any device that can run a browser, and there is also a separate app for iOS and Android mobile phones.
✅ Yes, you will only need one corporate Microsoft 365 account, just like for office workers.
✅ Yes, there are more than 15 functions in the app, but it is possible to give your colleagues access only to the functions you have prioritised (e.g. news, holiday administration), and add the rest (and new developments) to the app at any time.
✅ Yes, you can decide which groups/individuals you want to make the news/notification/message available to.
At the moment, users can choose between English and Hungarian, but other languages (German, Italian, etc...) can be made available within 1 week.
